A Fresh Start
The page has been turned & we are living in a brand new year! I trust that 2016 will be a blessed year as we worship & serve our Lord together at Cross Lanes Bible Church. Start the New year right by making a commitment to spend time in God’s presence daily & to faithfully gather with your brother’s & sister’s in the local Church weekly. May Christ Jesus be praised thru our lives & lips in the year before us!
Come Out Tonight
After 2 weeks off because of the Christmas Holidays, all of our Wed evening ministries start again tonight at CLBC. AWANA & Youth Group will meet in Fellowship Hall at 6:45 PM. The adults will gather at 7:00 PM in the Auditorium for Bible Study & Prayer. See you tonight!
This Sunday
You won’t want to miss being at CLBC this Sunday, January 10th! During the Morning Worship Service at 10:15 AM we will be revealing & preaching on our new THEME for 2016. During the Evening Service at 6:00 PM we will begin viewing the Bible Prophecy series, by Dr David Jeremiah, called “Agents of the Apocalypse.” Plan to be at both services & invite friends to join you.
Prayer Requests
Please continue to pray for those recently bereaved. Cheryl Boyd’s father, Phil Randall & Doug Craigo’s mother, Emmogene Craigo, both went home to Heaven just before Christmas. Pray also for those with physical needs which includes Ben Klennert (upcoming surgery), Pat Johnson, Ann Neidlinger, Becky Rice (eyes) & Nancy Young. Pray also for the Hand of the Lord to be powerfully upon the ministries of Cross Lanes Bible Church in 2016.
