The Lord’s Day
Tomorrow is “Back To School Sunday” at Cross Lanes Bible Church. Students & teachers all across our area are returning to school after the Summer break. During the 10:15 morning worship service we will be praying that both the teachers & the children we experience God’s blessings in the year ahead. Each teacher & student will receiveb a small gift from CLBC. I hope many will attend the service! we will also be Baptizing new Believers & wrapping up our Preaching series from the book of Acts. Along with the Morning Worship Service join us for Sun School at 9 AM & the Evening Service at 6 PM.

Please note & participate in these upcoming services at CLBC:
Wed, Aug 19th – AWANA begins for all our children & youth. The adults will begin a new teaching series entitled “The Majesty Of God’s Name.”
Sun, Aug 23rd – The Annual Business Meeting will take place as a part of the morning Service.
Sun, Aug 30th – A Baby Dedication will take place in the Morning service.
Prayer
Please pray for CLBC as many ministries are starting up again after Summer break. Pray for the power of God to be upon each & every ministry & that The Lord would raise up those He desires to serve. Keep CLCS & Bright Beginnings in your prayers as these ministries begin new school years. Pray for the following who have medical needs: Walt Dudley, Pat Johnson, Ann Neidlinger, Becky Rice, Linda Smith, Nancy Young & others listed on the back of the Bulletin.
