Family Night
There’s something for everyone tonight at CLBC! Awana begins at 6:45 in fellowship hall & the adults meet at 7:00 PM in the sanctuary. There’s is also a Bible Study & fellowship time for our teens & nurseries for babies & toddlers. Hope to see you this evening!
Business Meeting
Our annual business meeting was held this past Sun morning at the conclusion of our Worship service. I am grateful for the good meeting we had. Each of the items of business voted upon passed with strong positive votes.

This Sunday (Aug 30th) – We will be starting a new preaching series on the Life & ministry of Elijah. There will also be a baby dedication as part of the service.
Thur, Sept 10th – Jolly Seniors begins at 11:00 AM on the CLCS campus.
Sunday (Sept 20th) – Union Mission Day at CLBC. Dr Rex Whiteman & the men’s Choir will be ministering during the morning service & Rev Dick Corbin will speak during the Evening Service.
Prayer
Please pray for Walt & Linda Robinson as the have arrived safely in Granada & will be traveling to Carriacou this week. Pray for those with health problems: Walt Dudley (hospital), Pat Johnson (chemo), Ann Neidlinger (health), Becky Rice (recent eye surgery), Nancy Young (health) and others listed in the Prayer Bulletin. Please pray for my son Jeremy & the 58ten Team as they are on their way to Kenya for a 10 day ministry in the Mulango Orphanage & Kitui Baby Home.
