This week at CLBC
Wednesday is a special time for our AWANA Clubbers! This week the annual AWANA Awards Night will be held at 6:45 PM in Fellowship Hall. These awards are given in recognition of all the effort & hard work the boys & girls have invested in learning verses & in completing their Handbooks over the course of this past year. All Parents, Grandparents, Brothers & Sisters & anyone else who would like to attend are welcomed to the AWANA Awards Night at CLBC. All adults not attending the Awards Ceremony are invited to the Bible Study & Prayer Service held in the Auditorium at 7:00 PM.
Wednesday Evening Summer Program
This Summer there will be something for the entire family on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM. Beginning on Wed, June 8th the Children will enjoy KIDS QUEST in Fellowship Hall. KIDS QUEST is like a weekly Vacation Bible School where the children play games, have lots of Fun & learn more about God thru age appropriate Bible stories & lessons. The teens will also meet together weekly at this time.
Also, beginning on Wed, June 8th, the Adults will be viewing an Award Winning DVD series from Focus on the Family called “ISRAEL’S MISSION.” This excellent series was filmed entirely in Israel & features renowned Bible teacher & historian Ray Vander Laan. Nurseries will be provided for babies & toddlers.
During the two weeks between the end of AWANA & the beginning of KIDS QUEST (May 22 & June 1) we will have family services in the auditorium for the entire family. Nurseries will be provided.

Please pray for the following folks with physical needs: Renee Bennett (surgery 5/20), Allison Efaw (cancer), Rion Foster (cancer), Carlin Kendrick (health concerns), Becky Rice (eyes), Linda Smith (heart), Ann Niedlinger (health), Nancy Young (health) & others listed in the Prayer Bulletin. Continue to Pray for & give towards the CLBC General & Missions Funds as we approach the end of the Fiscal Year on July 31st.
CLCS Graduation will take place this Saturday, May 21st at 11:00 AM at Cross Lanes Bible Church.
