Hello! I have been unable to send out Blog Emails to the Church family the last week or two due to some website glitches. I apologize! I hope this message will get to you ok.
We had a wonderful 60th anniversary celebration on Sun, July 6th. The service, which included Baptism, Testimonies, a multi-media presentation, special music & preaching was a great blessing. The Picnic was also a lot of Fun & everyone seemed to have a fantastic time. Thanks to all who participated in the day!
The Rawlings family, Bonnie Leithman & Justin Kendrick all arrived home safely from Kenya. PTL! Gary & Pat Johnson & the Nordaas family are still in Kenya until early August. Please continue to keep them in your prayers.
General Fund Update: $4,200 came in for the GF last Sunday. We need $16,800 by July 31st if we are to meet our goal & finish the fiscal year in the black. This is a big mountain to climb,but with God’s help is very doable. Let’s all pray & give as the Lord enables us in order to meet this goal.
Prayer Requests: Please pray for those in our Church family who have recently lost loved ones. These include Anita Jones [father], Janie Jeffrey [niece] & the Craigo & Goodell families [aunt]. There are also several folks with health needs listed in the bulletin & on our website who need our prayers.
This week be sure to join us Wed at 7PM for the children’s Summer VBS program &” The Path To The Cross” DVD series for Adults in the auditorium. On Sun there will be Sun School at 9AM, WORSHIP at 10:15AM & Evening Service at 6PM.
