Honoring All Dad’s
Tomorrow we honor “dear old Dad” at Cross Lanes Bible Church! During the 10:15 AM Worship Service all the men who attend the service will receive a gift card from MacDonalds for a free extra value meal. Also, 3 very fortunate Dad’s will receive other special gifts. We want to have some fun, but also honor these very important people in all of our lives. All men & boys are invited to sing in an all Men’s Choir tomorrow morning. Rehearsal will be held at 10 AM in the Choir room. Sun School will meet as usual at 9:00 AM, but we will not have an Evening Service.
VBS
Our 2017 Vacation Bible School will be held this week on Mon – Thurs Evenings from 6:30-8:30 PM. All Children 3 yrs old thru 6th grade are invited to attend OCEAN COMMOTION! There will be Bible Stories, games, snacks, contests & a great time for everyone. Bring you kid’s, grandkid’s & neighbors for a fantastic week!
Prayer
Please pray for Kay Ghareeb, Rae Lanham & Edie Nancarrow as they minister this week with Cletis & Tammy Titus in Jamaica. They will be involved in evangelism & discipleship thru the “Sew very Loved” ministry, Pray for Virginia Cadd & others with health needs listed in the Prayer Bulletin. Pray that we will meet our giving goal to the General Fund by July 31st.
