It’s 2018
Due to extreme cold & snowy/icy conditions our New Years Eve Service was cancelled last Sunday. Since we were unable to wish folks a Happy New Year then – let me say it now – HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone at CLBC! May the Lord bless you & give you a spiritually prosperous year. May God use our Church to impact our world with the Gospel & bless many people in 2018.
Tonight
Our first gathering of the New Year will be this evening. AWANA & Youth Group will meet at 6:46 PM. All Adults will meet in the auditorium at 7:00 PM to hear Missionary Gary Layne from Mexico speak.
Upcoming Events
**SUNDAY, Jan 7th – We will return to our normal schedule with Sun School & Adult Bible Fellowships at 9:00 AM. Morning Worship at 10:15 AM & Evening Service at 6:00 PM.
**Sat, Jan 6th – Wallbuilders will start up again at 8:30 AM
**Thurs, Jan 11th – Jolly Seniors will meet at 11:00 AM at CLCS Gym.
Prayer Requests
Please continue to pray for Linda Robinson who has been discharged from the hospital & is recovering from Heart surgery. Pray for Rose Harrison who is recovering at home after being in the hospital Christmas week. Pray for Carlin kendrick who is at home recovering from a bad case of the flu. Pray for the many others who are on the Prayer Sheet or who are battling Flu & Colds right now.
2018 Theme
This Sunday morning we will be revealing our 2018 Theme at CLBC. I hope you will be at the Service to be challenged from God’s Word for the year ahead.
