Please accept my apologies for the lack of communication the last few weeks. The week before I left town to check on my parents in Florida & then go on vacation with my family my blog app stopped functioning. I tried to figure it out, but I couldn’t. (I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to technology! ?) Since returning I have still not been able to get back online, but with thanks to Mark Boyd & suggestions from our webmaster we have finally achieved our goal. So yes….I’m Back….and I hope my comments & info about CLBC will be a help & blessing to you!
Please join us tonight at 7:00 as we continue a Bible Study entitled “Let’s just Praise the Lord!” Following the service there will be a School Board Meeting at 8:15.
This Sunday we will be revisiting our yearly theme ” Declare His Glory in 2019!” We will also be holding our Annual Meeting at the close of the Service. During the evening service Dave Romanko will be challenging us about the ministry of the Gideon’s.
Please pray for Cross Lanes Christian School during this first week of the new school year. Pray for Bright Beginnings Pre School as it starts up again very soon. Pray for all the ministries of the Church as many begin afresh in the Fall. Please pray for those with medical needs including Rob Walker (cancer), Steve Downs (heart), Jeanne Clark (eyes), Patsy Gillispie (knee replacement), Gary Johnson (med needs), Ann Neidlinger (med needs) & others listed in the Prayer Bulletin. Pray for Missionaries Gary & Ann Layne who have lost many personal items due to flooding & also for their grandson Lance’s health. Pray for our President, Congress, Supreme Court & all who serve in government.
