Christmas Meditations

At Christmas we celebrate life! The life of the Babe born in  Bethlehem 2000 years ago. The life we enjoy as Children of God on earth & Life eternal in Heaven some day. In John 10:10 Jesus said “I am come that they might have life & that they might have it more abundantly.” At Christmas we rejoice when little babies are born, but we also grieve when people we love die. (see comments below of folks who were taken to Heaven just this week) Life & death walk side by side in a sin cursed world. Yet, Jesus Christ came to this earth…..in order to Die…….so sinful mankind might live abundantly & eternally! His birth & His death make all the difference in the world! Death is conquered through the Babe of Bethlehem who is our Saviour & Lord! This Christmas remember that God loves you so much that he sent His only Son to die on the Cross…….so you might live!
