New Preaching Series Tomorrow
During our Worship Service tomorrow morning at 10:15 we will begin a new Preaching Series to close out the Summer entitled “Life’s Turning Points.” Don’t miss out on the sermon, worship & fellowship together with God’s people at CLBC. Sunday School will be at 9:00 AM & the Evening Service at 6:00. During the evening service Missionary PJ Elkins will share about her continuing ministry in Latvia & we will celebrate Communion together. Summer Choir will be held at 7:15 PM.
Prayer Requests
Please pray for David & Wanda Oldham. His mother passed away recently & the Funeral was last Thursday. Pray for Darrell Ballard (cancer), Lodema Hale, Gary Johnson, Ann Neidlinger & others listed in the Bulletin with physical needs. Pray for the CLBC & CLCS & Bright Beginnings Staffs as Inservice is held this week in preparation for the new school year.
Back To School Sunday
Next Sunday, Aug 12th, is Back to School Sunday at CLBC. All Students & Teachers will be given a special gift & there will be a special time of prayer for the new school year.
