A New President
Yesterday Donald J Trump was sworn in as the 45th President of the USA. One of the things that makes America so blessed is the peaceful transfer of power from one Administration to another. We are unique among the nations of the world in this regard. Now it is time for President Trump & the new Administration to go to work & it is time for you & me to Pray! In 1Timothy we are instructed “Therefore I exhort you first of all that supplications,prayers, intercessions and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings & all who are in authority , that we may live a quiet & peaceful life in all Godliness & Revernce.” (vs 1&2)
Worship
Tomorrow is the day God’s people Worship our Lord. Don’t let anything keep you from God’s House! During our Worship Service at 10:15 AM there will be a Baptism, we will Praise our Lord in song, Prayer will be lifted toward Heaven & the sermon will come from the OT about a Prophet of Jehovah who ran when he should have Bowed the knee. Sun School will be at 9:00 AM, Evening Service at 6:00 PM & Choir rehearsal at 4:45 PM.
