It was 45 years ago when God lead our Church to begin a brand new school that would assist parents in their responsibility to raise their children in the nurture & admonition of the Lord. Tomorrow at Cross Lanes Bible Church we will celebrate the 45th Anniversary of the founding of Cross Lanes Christian School with a special Worship Service at 10:15 AM. During the service Mr Mike Cumberledge, who has taught at CLCS for 40 years, will be sharing a testimony & Mrs Christy Dietz, the new music director, will sing a solo. My Sermon is entitled “PASSING THE TORCH” & will challenge all of us to Pass the Torch of Faith to the next generation. There will also be a nice gift, to commemorate this special occasion, given to everyone who attends. This will be a very special service that you won’t want to miss. NOTE: in addition to the Worship Service we will also have Sunday School & Adult Fellowships at 9:00 AM, Communion Service at 6:00 PM & Choir practice at 7:15 PM.
