Worship with Us
Our world is in chaos! This past week brought us deadly violence in Dallas & other places in our nation. WE NEED THE LORD! Yes, the hope of mankind is Christ. But today sports, family activities and so many other things have taken the place of the worship of Almighty God on His Day. I wish it wasn’t so, but it is. Please don’t put the things of this world in place of your Worship of God. Join us tomorrow as we lift high the name of Jesus & worship together at Cross Lanes Bible Church. Sunday School is at 9:00 AM. Morning Worship Service is at 10:15 & we will be continuing our study of the Beatitudes. In the Evening Service at 6:00 we will hear from Missionary PJ Elkins. Summer Choir is scheduled for 7:15 PM.
Prayer Requests
Please pray for my daughter Holly who will be having a heart procedure this Tuesday in Dallas, Texas & also that my eyes will heal completely. Pray for Debbie Barker (knees), Kelli Chattin (kidneys), Allison Efaw (cancer), Janet Gondak (cancer), Mae Harless (special needs), Donna Legg (cancer) Becky Rice (eye), Ann Neidlinger (health), Nancy Young (health) and others listed in the Prayer Bulletin. Pray for all impacted by the terrible flooding in West Virginia, including Scott Fisher’s family, Mount Pleasant Baptist Church & Elk Valley Christian School & Elk View Baptist Church. Pray also that the Lord would supply the needs in our General Fund & Missions Fund as we approach the end of our Fiscal year on July 31st.
