This is the Day that the Lord has made we will Rejoice & be Glad in it! (Psalm 118:24)
Yes, even in the midst of this ongoing Pandemic God’s people can Rejoice in Him. I am so grateful that even though we could not gather in our Building today that we could gather by means of the internet to proclaim the Bible & Pray together. I hope many of you were able to tune into our Livestream sermon at 9:00 AM on the Cross Lanes Bible Church Facebook page. If not, you can go there now & watch the video of the sermon. Although today is different then perhaps any other Sunday you have ever experienced, don’t neglect to make this a special day unto the Lord. In addition to connecting with your Church family by listening to the Sermon, take time to personally read the Bible together with others in your household. Might I suggest reading & discussing the passage we preached from – Psalm 121? After your time in the Word spend a few minutes together in Prayer. There certainly is so much to pray about right now.
Let me throw out a challenge to everyone. Let’s try to all memorize Psalm 121 together over the next few weeks. Take a verse a day & go over it until you have it memorized. Then, when we all get back together again we can recite it as a Church family. This wonderful Psalm of David will encourage us during these challenging days.
