For our encouragement from God’s Word today please read Psalm 30.
King David proclaimed in Psalm 30: 4 & 5 “Sing praise to the Lord, you saints of His & give Thanks at the remembrance of His Holy name. For His anger is but for a moment & His favor is for life. Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning!”
During these unsettling days have you at times been upset & grown discouraged? Have you even shed tears of fear & frustration? If so, you are not alone! None of us has experienced anything quite like this before. Whether directly or indirectly, we have all been impacted by this scourge. The Good News is that God is still on His Throne! David understood this truth. He had experienced both pain & pleasure as a servant of God. He had seen it all & still testified that ……Joy comes in the morning!
Beloved, we will triumph over this! Keep a positive spirit & your eyes firmly on Jesus.
