For our encouragement from God’s Word today please read 1 Corinthians 15.
In 1 Corinthians 15 the Apostle Paul declares the “Good News” of the Gospel. He wrote “Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the Gospel…….For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures and that He was buried and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures.”
This week is the most precious week of the year for we who are Christians! Within a 7 day period Two Thousand years ago…..Jesus rode a donkey into Jerusalem……He was given an unfair trial……He was beaten & nailed to a Cross…..He died on that Cross for our Sins……He was buried in a borrowed tomb…..BUT THEN SUNDAY CAME……And Jesus Rose Victoriously over Death!
Praise God for the glorious “Good News” of the Gospel! We have a Savior who is with us today & for all eternity. He is greater than anything we will face today, including the Coronavirus Pandemic.
