For our encouragement from God’s Word today please read Psalm 139.
In Psalm 139:14 the Psalmist proclaimed to the Lord “ I will praise you, for I am fearfully & wonderfully made; marvelous are your works; and that my soul knows very well!”
Did you realize that you are the handiwork of a majestic God? Yes, the Lord Himself created you. You are special to God & He created you for a purpose – to know & glorify Him! King David clearly understood this truth. In Psalm 138 he praised Jehovah out of a sense of wonder. He realized that there was someone much bigger than him – an Awesome Creator God – who not only formed the vast universe, but you & me. Today, let’s lift our voices in praise! Let’s thank the Lord for Creating us & Saving our Souls!
